Why do business with us?
- Quality is at the forefront of everything we do.
- We are self funded with our own capital reserves.
- We have the capacity and willingness to work in Partnership format.
- Our Management Team provide immediate response to business opportunities.
- We are an agile, ambitious and innovative company with high aspirations for growth.
Inverdunning have a number of strategic partnerships which is allowing us to expand our business throughout the UK.
In late 2015 we formed an alliance with Greyfriars Investments and HUIL Ltd to support an increasing number of opportunities specifically in the south of England. This alliance incorporates new partners to the business including Scottish business women and charity campaigner Ann Gloag, lawyer and former head of joint ventures at Bank of Scotland, Pauline Bradley together with a number of key supporting staff. The new partners will be an extension to the current Inverdunning team of Gordon Snowie and Ben Barrs and the aim is to target specific sizeable opportunities throughout the UK. We believes that the development experience and investment capacity that the various parties bring to the table, will underpin Inverdunning as a serious player in larger scale projects.
As Inverdunning continues its drive for south east England development opportunities we have entered into a strategic partnership with London based Mallett Construction Ltd.
Mallett is a company who specialise in prime residential property development in Central London. Their management team have built up an enviable record of project delivery in areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair, Fulham and Notting Hill. The directors of Inverdunning and Mallett share an appetite for growth and continued delivery of the highest quality projects in London’s prime areas. Simon Dickson, Director of Mallett Construction Ltd commented ‘We have been in discussion with Inverdunning for some time now and our goals for expansion are definitely aligned. Through negotiation we have developed a business model which allows both parties to enter into a strategic partnership and provides us with a great base to undertake the highest quality projects in London.
